The room facilities can be used in various ways. The furniture was designed with high quality materials and the interior offers a comfortable and exclusive ambience. All rooms feature air conditioning, TV, telephone, Wireless Lan and ISDN. Furthermore, personal comfort is provided by a kitchenette, safe, iron and ironing board. The spacious rooms with plenty drawers, a table with two chairs and further storage space have been designed for the long-term stay. Half of the apartments feature a balcony or even a terrace. Sauna, terrace and a modern equipped fitness room is accessible through the hotel facilities of the Holiday Inn Nuernberg City Centre, which is direcly connected to the business residence. The use of the facilities is exempt from charges for our guests.

A parking garage is integrated in the basement and accessible through an elevator. Breakfast and reception service may be used for your convenience. Besides the hotel entrance, the business residence is equipped with a separate entrance with personal door bell for the guest and their guests.
